KEEP works with a number of key stakeholders. Representatives of KEEP stakeholders are invited to attend quarterly group meetings for project updates and to input into plans.

Management Committee
 

The Management Committee is an overarching group that pulls together the strategic needs of the project as well as managing funding and day-to-day operations.

 

Working groups have been set up to engage in specific areas such as iwi engagement, funding, communications as well as training and capability building.​
